This cozy, completely remodeled, and fully furnished private home with large trees and two parks in the area is ideal for your family or group. We enjoy having guests in this peaceful, clean, and bright suburban getaway. We reside nearby and are typically available in person or through the short-term rental app you used to secure your stay. The Skyline Retreat is perfectly located, approximately 10 minutes from Meridian Village Shopping Center and 12 minutes from Downtown Boise and Boise State University. This location has it all, from the neighboring lovely greenbelt along the Boise River to the iconic Boise restaurants and breweries to the unique shopping experiences. This property is bright, inviting, and comfortable, with full access to everything, including a large flat screen with surround sound, front load washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and separate workspaces. There is a lovely spacious back yard with a large patio with outdoor table and furniture. Our House: Shiplap details can be found throughout this bright, fresh, newly remodeled home, which is entirely on one floor and has a split bedroom plan. A recently renovated master suite with its own ensuite, a comfortable King-sized bed, and a NEW high-quality mattress. The other two recently renovated bedrooms contain NEW queen mattresses as well as a common bathroom. Up front is a spacious, light living area with a roomy sectional and a large flat screen with surround sound. Guests are encouraged to access their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) You are welcome to use our Wii gaming console and bring your own games. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic pots, pans, casserole dishes, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, stemless wine glasses, margarita glasses and other utensils. We also have basic spices. Side by side fridge with ice and filtered water. We also have a filtering pitcher of water inside the fridge for your use. There is a coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, smoothie blender dining table and eating counter. Just off the kitchen there is also a separate open family room with another flat screen TV, a couch, love seat and chairs to visit. The fireplace is non-functioning. Parking Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway with extra parking on the street. Uber and Lyft are also great options for this area! Guests will not have any access to the garage at this time. Space Includes: • Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, dishes, cookware, spices, and utensils. • Breakfast bar for extra seating. • Dining Room seating for 6. • Bathrooms with mirrors, quality towels, and supplied quality toiletries. • Bedroom w/ new Memory Foam mattresses, quality sheets, comforters, throws, and multiple styles of pillows to choose from. • 4K smart TVs, and free ultra-high-speed wifi access! *due to possible provider circumstances out of our control, wifi quality and access can not be guaranteed. • Fenced large yard. • Guests have no access to the Garage. •The fireplace is not operational for guests at this time. • Exterior mounted security cameras present outside the home at the entrance to the front door, on all sides of property for added guest security. These cameras will be on and recording video and audio 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
